Why does my chart have a sad face in my MetaTrader corner?

The sad face icon in the corner of your MetaTrader 5 chart indicates that the Expert Advisor (EA) you are trying to use is not functioning properly. This can happen due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Auto-Trading is Disabled: Ensure that the "AutoTrading" button on the top toolbar is enabled (it should be green).
  2. EA Settings: Double-check the settings of your Expert Advisor to confirm it is configured correctly.
  3. Account Restrictions: Some accounts may have restrictions on using Expert Advisors. Contact our support team for confirmation.
  4. Market Connection: Verify that you are connected to the trading server and have a stable internet connection.
